Where do you operate?
We’re based in Oakville and serve the Greater Toronto Area—Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton—and take on projects across Ontario with notice.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our lead pilot, André, holds an Advanced Operations Pilot Certificate (Transport Canada) for flights in controlled airspace and near people. We carry $5M liability & aviation insurance. Clients can be named as additional insured on request.
What is an SFOC, and do I need one?
An SFOC (Special Flight Operations Certificate) is Transport Canada authorization for operations beyond standard rules—e.g., flying over people, above 400 ft AGL, BVLOS, or other special use cases. Most projects don’t need one, and if they do, Flight 77 obtains it and any municipal permits on your behalf.
How do I get a quote?
Submit our Quote Request Form or call us. We’ll confirm location, date, and deliverables and send a custom quote within one business day.
How much does it cost?
- Monthly Progress Update Package: Starting: $1,200/month
- Project Marketing Package: Starting: $800
- Before + After Transformation Package: Starting: $600
Custom projects are quoted individually. Municipal permit fees (if required) are passed through with a $50 admin fee per permit.
What’s the turnaround time?
- Photos: typically 24 hours
- Edited videos/reels: typically 48–72 hours

Can you fly near airports or in cities?
Yes. With Advanced certification, we can operate in controlled airspace and urban environments, obtaining required NAV CANADA and municipal authorizations first.
Do you handle permits and authorizations?
Yes. We manage Transport Canada authorizations, NAV CANADA airspace approvals, and municipal permits. Permit fees are billed at cost with a $50 admin fee per permit.
What weather can you fly in?
Flights are weather-dependent. We can fly in light winds and cloud but not in rain, heavy snow, or high winds. If weather prevents a flight, we’ll reschedule at no charge.
Can you add music or branding to videos?
Yes. Video packages include royalty-free music curated to your brand vibe. We can add logos, titles, and color treatments on request.
What file formats do you deliver?
Photos: JPEG or RAW. Videos: MP4 (H.264/H.265) or MOV. Delivery via secure download link (USB available on request).
How big of an area is included?
Standard packages include one property or event up to ~2 acres. Larger sites or multi-location shoots are quoted individually.
Are you registered with WSIB?
The Bastien Blueprint Inc. (operating as Flight 77) is not classified under Ontario’s mandatory construction trades and is not required to register with WSIB. A confirmation letter can be provided on request.
