By booking services with Flight 77 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before engaging our services. Flight 77 is a trade name of The Bastien Blueprint Inc.
1. Services Provided
Flight 77 provides professional drone-based services including, but not limited to, aerial photography, videography, virtual tours, and related media services (“Services”). Services are subject to applicable laws, airspace restrictions, and safety regulations.
Flight 77 is fully insured under The Bastien Blueprint Inc. policy for drone operations, including liability coverage, with skywatch.ai. Proof of insurance available upon request. Client can be named as additional insured on our policy as needed.
2. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking.

The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled service date.

Payments may be made via credit card, e-transfer, or other approved methods.
- If any special permits are required due to the location (i.e. near airport) of filming, the cost will be determined by Flight 77, the client will be advised and approve any fees. Flight 77 will then pay the fees and pass them through to the client without any markup. There will be a small administration fee paid to Flight 77 for managing permitting of $25 per permit.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations:

7+ days before the shoot: deposit returned, no additional fees.

Less than 7 days: deposit retained, no additional fees.

Within 24 hours: deposit retained, up to 50% of remaining balance may be charged.

Rescheduling: Allowed once at no extra cost if requested 72 hours or more in advance. Later requests may incur a fee.

Weather & Safety: Drone operations depend on safe conditions. If Flight 77 must cancel due to weather, airspace, or other safety concerns, clients may reschedule or request a full refund.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information about the location, timing, and nature of the project.

Ensure legal access and permissions for Flight 77 to operate drones on the property.

Remove any hazards that could endanger drone operations.

Notify Flight 77 of any restrictions, no-fly zones, or permits required beyond those that Flight 77 will obtain from the municipality.
- Brief all staff on location during droning about the services being provided by Flight 77.
5. Intellectual Property

Flight 77 retains copyright of all photos, videos, and media created unless a separate agreement transfers rights.

Clients are granted a license for personal or commercial use per agreed scope.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.
6. Liability & Indemnification

Flight 77 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from drone operations, including property damage or bodily injury, except as required by law.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flight 77 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their failure to provide accurate information or obtain necessary permissions.
7. Deliverables

Flight 77 will deliver media in the agreed format within the timeframe specified in the contract.

One round of revisions is included in the editing process. Additional revisions are subject to additional fees.

Once final deliverables are provided, sales are final. Refunds are only applicable for technical failures on our part.
8. Force Majeure
Flight 77 is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Amendments
Flight 77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
WSIB Coverage Statement:
Flight 77 operates as a registered trade name of The Bastien Blueprint Inc., an incorporated Ontario business providing professional aerial photography, videography, and media services. The Bastien Blueprint Inc. is not classified under Ontario’s mandatory construction trades and does not perform construction work.
As such, the company is not required to register with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) under current Ontario legislation.
Should a client require confirmation, The Bastien Blueprint Inc. can provide a WSIB “Not Required to Register” letter upon request.
Flight 77 maintains $5 million in commercial general liability insurance, with the option to name clients as additional insured parties for project coverage and peace of mind.
By booking or using Flight 77’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
